These terms form a binding contract between you and spotmarkza under the laws of England and Wales. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility and Permitted Use
The courses focus on live production decks, control rooms, multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and professional management of television and streaming productions. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into contracts. You may use the site only for lawful educational and professional development purposes. Commercial resale or redistribution of course materials is not permitted without prior written consent.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not attempt to interfere with site security, upload malicious code, harvest user data, or misrepresent your identity. Recording or redistributing live sessions without authorisation is forbidden. Any breach may result in immediate termination of access and reporting to relevant authorities under UK law.
